Pre-Order Policy
COVID-19 has wrecked havoc on many supply chains around the world, and ours are no exception. Because of the pandemic, our factory and tannery partners have been intermittently placed on government-imposed lockdowns, or are functioning at reduced capacities (e.g. split teams, smaller team sizes etc) in order to comply with safe distancing measures.
While necessary, these measures have also meant that our usual production volumes are delayed and cannot be completed on time. In order not to overwhelm the production floor, we are instituting a pre-order policy for our new styles.
HOW DOES THIS AFFECT YOU?
Your order will be made specially for you, and will arrive within 6-12 weeks after your order has been placed. Everything else remains the same!
CAN I TRY ON THE SHOES BEFORE ORDERING?
Yes, of course! We have display/sample sizes available at our Fit Stores.
WHAT IF MY ORDER DOESN'T ARRIVE? HOW WILL I BE UPDATED?
Your order is guaranteed to arrive within the time frame above. If there are any extenuating circumstances that affect this (e.g. further lockdowns etc), we will keep you updated via email.
WHAT PRODUCTS DOES THIS APPLY TO?
All products which are marked "Pre-Order", as well as existing styles which may be currently out of stock.
